TIME SHARING AGREEMENT

This Time Sharing Agreement (hereinafter referred to as 'the Agreement') is made and entered into on this the {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}},

BETWEEN:

{{company_name}}, a company duly incorporated in accordance with the laws of {{country}}, with its principal place of business at {{company_address}} (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company'), and

{{employee_name}}, an adult individual with identification number {{employee_id_number}}, residing at {{employee_address}} (hereinafter referred to as 'the Employee').

1. PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT

This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which the Employee will share their working time between two or more roles, departments, or projects within the Company, effective from {{start_date}}.

2. SHARED ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1. The Employee shall be primarily responsible for the following roles/departments:

a) Role/Department 1: {{role_1_title}} in {{department_1_name}}

b) Role/Department 2: {{role_2_title}} in {{department_2_name}}

2.2. A detailed description of the responsibilities for each role is attached as Appendix A to this Agreement.

3. WORK SCHEDULE AND ALLOCATION OF TIME

3.1. The Employee's total working hours shall be {{total_weekly_hours}} hours per week, distributed as follows:

a) For Role/Department 1: {{hours_role_1}} hours per week.

b) For Role/Department 2: {{hours_role_2}} hours per week.

3.2. The specific weekly/monthly schedule for time allocation will be agreed upon between the Employee and the respective departmental heads and may be subject to review and adjustment based on business needs, with reasonable notice given to the Employee.

4. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

4.1. The Employee's gross monthly salary will be {{gross_monthly_salary}} {{currency}}.

4.2. Compensation will be allocated proportionally to the time spent on each role/department, unless otherwise specified in writing.

4.3. All standard company benefits, including but not limited to health insurance, provident fund, and annual leave, will be provided in accordance with the Company's policies and applicable labour laws.

5. REPORTING STRUCTURE

5.1. For Role/Department 1, the Employee shall report to {{manager_1_name}} ({{manager_1_title}}).

5.2. For Role/Department 2, the Employee shall report to {{manager_2_name}} ({{manager_2_title}}).

5.3. Regular performance reviews will be conducted jointly or separately by the respective managers, as deemed appropriate by the Company.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1. The Employee agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary and confidential information pertaining to both roles/departments and the Company as a whole.

6.2. Any intellectual property developed by the Employee in the course of their employment, regardless of which role it pertains to, shall be the sole property of the Company.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

7.1. Any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall, in the first instance, be referred for amicable resolution between the Employee and the Company.

7.2. Should an amicable resolution not be reached, the dispute shall be referred to mediation in accordance with the rules of {{mediation_body_name}} in {{city}}, {{country}}.

7.3. Failing mediation, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of {{arbitration_body_name}} in {{city}}, {{country}}.

8. TERMINATION

8.1. This Agreement may be terminated by either party giving {{notice_period}} days' written notice.

8.2. Termination of this Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the Employee's primary employment contract and applicable labour legislation.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country}}.
