TRAINING REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT
This Training Reimbursement Agreement ('Agreement') is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:

1. Purpose of Agreement
The Company agrees to sponsor the Employee for professional development training to enhance their skills and capabilities relevant to their role within the Company. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing the reimbursement of such training expenses.
2. Training Details

3. Company Contribution and Employee Obligation
3.1 The Company agrees to pay or reimburse the Employee for eligible training expenses up to a maximum of {{company_contribution_percentage}}% or {{currency}} {{maximum_company_contribution}} of the total cost, as outlined in Section 2.4.
3.2 In consideration for the Company's investment in their training, the Employee agrees to remain in the employment of the Company for a minimum period of {{service_period_months}} months ('Service Period') commencing from the completion date of the training ({{training_completion_date}}).
3.3 Should the Employee resign or have their employment terminated for misconduct within the Service Period, the Employee shall be liable to repay the Company a pro-rata portion of the training costs. The repayment amount will be calculated as follows:

4. Reimbursement Procedure
4.1 The Employee shall submit original receipts, invoices, and proof of successful completion of the training (e.g., certificate, transcript) to the Company's HR Department within {{days_for_submission}} days of completing the training.

5. Failure to Complete Training

6. General Provisions
6.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.
6.2 Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
6.3 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country_of_jurisdiction}}.
6.4 Should any provision of this Agreement be found to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision hereof.
