Tutoring Contract Agreement

This Tutoring Contract ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of {{date}} by and between:

**Tutor:** {{tutor_name}}, residing at {{tutor_address}}, (hereinafter "Tutor").

1. Services Offered

The Tutor agrees to provide tutoring services to the Student in the subject(s) of {{subject(s)}}. The specific topics and learning objectives will be mutually agreed upon before each session or as a continuous curriculum.

2. Schedule and Duration

3. Fees and Payment

5. Responsibilities of the Client

The Client will communicate any concerns or feedback regarding the tutoring services in a timely manner.

The Client understands that results are not guaranteed and are dependent on the Student's effort and engagement.

6. Confidentiality

The Tutor agrees to keep all information regarding the Student and Client confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

The Tutor will not share any personal or academic information of the Student with third parties without the Client's written consent.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country_name}}.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.
