Addendum to Rent Agreement

This Addendum is made and entered into this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}},

BETWEEN:

{{landlord_name}} of {{landlord_address}} (hereinafter referred to as "the Landlord")

AND:

{{tenant_name}} of {{tenant_address}} (hereinafter referred to as "the Tenant")

WHEREAS, the Landlord and Tenant entered into a Rent Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Original Agreement") dated {{original_agreement_date}} for the property located at {{property_address}} (hereinafter referred to as "the Property").

WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend, modify, or add specific terms and conditions to the Original Agreement as set forth herein.

Article 1: Amendments to the Original Agreement

The parties hereby agree to amend, modify, or add the following terms and conditions to the Original Agreement:

5.2. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Original Agreement and this Addendum, the provisions of this Addendum shall prevail.

Article 6: Governing Law
