RENT AGREEMENT ADDENDUM

This Addendum is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}},

BETWEEN:

RECITALS

WHEREAS, the Parties now desire to amend certain terms and conditions of the Original Agreement as set forth herein.

The Parties hereby agree to amend the Original Agreement as follows:
