4. Further Assurances

I agree to execute any documents and take any further actions as may be reasonably requested by the Company, at the Company's expense, to perfect, confirm, or protect the Company's ownership of the Work and all associated intellectual property rights.

5. Warranties

I warrant that:

(a) I am the sole author of the Work and have the full right and authority to execute this Certificate and to assign the rights herein.

(b) The Work is original and does not infringe upon any copyright, patent, trade secret, trademark, or other proprietary right of any third party.

(c) I have not previously assigned, licensed, or otherwise encumbered any of the rights in the Work.

(d) The Work contains no libelous, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful material.

6. Governing Law
