BOOKING CONTRACT
This Booking Contract (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:

The Client hereby books the following services/facilities from the Service Provider:

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this Agreement.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
If the Client cancels the booking:
a) More than {{days_for_full_refund}} days prior to the booking date: Full refund of deposit, minus a {{admin_fee_percentage}}% administrative fee.
b) Between {{days_for_partial_refund}} and {{days_for_full_refund}} days prior to the booking date: {{percentage_of_deposit_refunded}}% of the deposit will be refunded.
c) Less than {{days_for_partial_refund}} days prior to the booking date: No refund of deposit.
The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, the Client will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
4. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
The Client agrees to:
a) Abide by all rules and regulations of the Service Provider, including any safety guidelines.
b) Be responsible for any damages caused to the Service Provider's property during the booking period.
c) Ensure that all participants comply with the terms of this Agreement.
d) Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
5. SERVICE PROVIDER OBLIGATIONS
The Service Provider agrees to:
a) Provide the booked services/facilities as described in this Agreement.
b) Ensure that the services/facilities are in good working order and safe for use.
c) Address any reasonable concerns or requests made by the Client in a timely manner.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country_or_region}}, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
