Assumption of Risk

I voluntarily accept and assume all risks of injury, illness, death, or property damage arising from my participation in this activity/service, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.

Release and Waiver of Liability

Medical Treatment

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including attorney fees, that they may incur due to my participation in the activity/service, whether caused by my negligence or otherwise.

Severability

If any provision of this Waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law
