LIMITED WARRANTY

This Limited Warranty applies to products/services purchased from {{company_name}} (hereinafter, 'the Company') by the original purchaser ('the Buyer'). This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from {{country}} to {{country}}.

1. Warranty Period

The Company warrants that the product/service identified as {{product_or_service_name}} ('the Product/Service') will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of {{warranty_period}} (e.g., twelve months) from the original date of purchase by the Buyer ('the Warranty Period'). The date of purchase is evidenced by a valid sales receipt or proof of purchase.

Any implied warranties are limited in duration to the Warranty Period.

2. Scope of Warranty

This Limited Warranty covers only manufacturing defects in the materials and workmanship of the Product/Service when used normally and in accordance with the Company's published guidelines. It does not cover:

a. Normal wear and tear.

b. Damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse, negligence, alteration, improper installation, or unpermitted commercial use.

c. Damage caused by repair or service performed by anyone other than an authorized service provider of the Company.

d. Damage caused by acts of God, such as lightning, floods, or natural disasters.

e. Products/Services that have been modified or altered without the express written consent of the Company.

f. Consumable parts, unless damage occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

3. Remedy

If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, the Company, at its sole discretion, will:

a. Repair the Product/Service using new or refurbished parts.

b. Replace the Product/Service with a new or refurbished product of equivalent functionality.

c. Refund the purchase price of the Product/Service.

This is the Buyer's sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this Limited Warranty. Repair or replacement may involve shipping the Product/Service to a designated service centre at the Buyer's expense or in accordance with specific arrangements made with the Company.

4. How to Obtain Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, the Buyer must contact the Company at {{contact_phone}} or {{contact_email}} within the Warranty Period. The Buyer must provide:

a. A clear description of the defect.

b. Proof of purchase (e.g., original sales receipt, invoice).

c. The Product/Service serial number (if applicable).

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCT/SERVICE OR THE USE OR PERFORMANCE THEREOF, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE BUYER FOR THE PRODUCT/SERVICE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

6. Governing Law

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country}}, specifically the laws applicable in {{province_or_state}}.

7. Severability

If any provision of this Limited Warranty is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

8. Entire Agreement

This Limited Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the Buyer and the Company regarding the warranty of the Product/Service and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to such subject matter.
