Location Release Agreement

This Location Release Agreement ('Agreement') is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:

AND

**{{producer_company_name}}**, a company duly incorporated under the laws of {{country}}, with its principal place of business at {{producer_company_address}} (hereinafter referred to as 'the Producer').

1. Grant of Rights

The Owner hereby grants to the Producer, its successors, licensees, and assigns, the irrevocable right and permission to enter upon and use the premises located at {{location_address}} (hereinafter referred to as 'the Location') for the purpose of filming, photographing, and recording audio for the production tentatively titled '{{project_title}}' (hereinafter referred to as 'the Production'). This right includes the use of all structures, fixtures, and appurtenances located on the Location.

The granted rights include, but are not limited to, the right to bring onto the Location all necessary personnel, equipment, materials, and temporary structures required for the Production.

2. Term of Use

The Producer shall have access to the Location for the purpose of the Production during the period commencing on {{start_date}} and ending on {{end_date}} (hereinafter referred to as 'the Term'). The Producer agrees to notify the Owner at least {{notice_days}} days in advance of any specific dates and times when the Location will be utilized during the Term.

3. Compensation

In consideration for the rights granted herein, the Producer agrees to pay the Owner a fee of {{currency}} {{amount}} ({{amount_words}}) days. This payment shall be made as follows: {{payment_terms}}.

In addition to the fee, the Producer shall provide {{additional_compensation_details}}.

4. Condition of Location and Indemnity

The Producer agrees to use the Location in a careful and prudent manner and to restore it to its original condition, fair wear and tear excepted, upon completion of the Production. The Producer shall be responsible for any damage to the Location caused by the Producer, its employees, agents, or contractors.

The Producer further agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Owner from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the Producer's use of the Location, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Owner.

5. Insurance

The Producer shall maintain at its own expense, during the Term, public liability insurance with a reputable insurer, with limits of not less than {{currency}} {{insurance_amount}} per occurrence, naming the Owner as an additional insured. A certificate of insurance evidencing such coverage shall be provided to the Owner prior to the commencement of the Production.

6. Owner's Representations and Warranties

The Owner represents and warrants that it is the sole owner of the Location and has the full right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement and to grant the rights herein granted.

The Owner further represents and warrants that the Producer's use of the Location in accordance with the terms of this Agreement will not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country}}.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, of the parties.
