Training Reimbursement Agreement
This Training Reimbursement Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on this {{date}} by and between {{company_name}} (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), and {{employee_name}} (hereinafter referred to as the "Employee"), residing at {{employee_address}}.
Purpose
The Company is committed to the professional development of its employees. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Company will provide financial assistance for approved professional training, courses, and certifications that enhance the Employee's skills and contribute to the Company's strategic objectives.
Eligibility for Reimbursement
To be eligible for training reimbursement, the Employee must:
1. Be a full-time employee of the Company with a minimum of {{months}} months of continuous service.
2. Obtain prior written approval from their direct manager and the Human Resources department before commencing any training program.
3. The training program must be directly related to the Employee's current role or a future role within the Company, as determined by management.
Reimbursement Limits and Conditions

2. Reimbursement will cover tuition fees, course materials, and examination fees. Travel, accommodation, and subsistence costs are generally not covered unless specifically approved in advance by management.

4. The Employee must submit original receipts and proof of completion to the HR department within {{days}} days of completing the training.

Repayment Obligation

2. The repayment schedule will be as follows:

General Provisions

Any modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country}}.
