UNLIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY

Grant of Authority

1. Buy, sell, lease, mortgage, hypothecate, exchange, or otherwise deal with any real or personal property or any interest therein.

2. Demand, receive, sue for, recover, and possess all sums of money, debts, rents, goods, wares, and other demands whatsoever, due or to become due to me.

3. Enter into, sign, and execute any contracts, agreements, deeds, bonds, notes, checks, drafts, bills of exchange, and other instruments whatsoever.

4. Deposit, withdraw, or otherwise deal with any funds standing to my credit in any bank, building society, financial institution, or other depository.

5. Institute, prosecute, defend, compromise, abandon, or in any way deal with any legal proceedings, actions, suits, or claims, whether civil or criminal, in which I may be a party.

6. Appoint and remove any substitute or substitutes to act under him or her, for all or any of the purposes aforesaid, and to revoke any such appointment and to do all such further or other acts and deeds as shall be necessary or expedient to be done in or about the premises.

7. Operate any business or enterprise owned or controlled by me, including the power to hire and fire employees, open and close bank accounts, and make all necessary business decisions.

8. Represent me in all tax matters, including filing tax returns, paying taxes, and negotiating with tax authorities.

9. Make any and all medical decisions for me, should I become incapacitated.

Effectiveness and Duration

This Power of Attorney shall become effective on {{effective_date}} and shall remain in full force and effect indefinitely until revoked by me in writing, or until my death.

If any part of this Power of Attorney is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other part thereof.

Governing Law
