Coaching Agreement

This Coaching Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:

Purpose of Agreement

The purpose of this Agreement is to define the terms and conditions under which the Coach will provide coaching services to the Client, outlining the scope, responsibilities, fees, and other relevant aspects of the coaching relationship.

Coaching Services

The Coach agrees to provide coaching services focused on {{coaching_focus_areas}}. These services will primarily be delivered through {{number_of_sessions}} sessions, each lasting approximately {{session_duration}} minutes, conducted via {{delivery_method}} (e.g., in-person, video conference, phone call).

Term and Termination

Fees and Payment

This confidentiality agreement extends to all materials, discussions, and personal information shared during the coaching sessions.

Client Responsibilities

2. Actively participate and be open to feedback.

3. Complete any agreed-upon assignments or actions between sessions.

4. Communicate any concerns or changes in circumstances that may affect the coaching process.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Coach makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcome of the coaching services. Coaching is a facilitative process, and ultimate responsibility for decisions and actions rests solely with the Client.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country}}, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Coach and the Client and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.
