AGREEMENT FOR CONTINUED SERVICE

This Continued Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:

{{company_name}}, a company duly incorporated under the laws of {{country}}, with its principal place of business at {{company_address}} (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”);

AND

{{employee_name}}, an adult individual with Identity Number {{employee_id_number}}, residing at {{employee_address}} (hereinafter referred to as “the Employee”).

WHEREAS, the Employee is currently employed by the Company in the position of {{current_position}}.

WHEREAS, the Company desires to retain the services of the Employee, and the Employee desires to continue their employment with the Company, under the terms and conditions set forth herein.

1. CONTINUATION OF EMPLOYMENT

1.1. The Employee agrees to continue their employment with the Company, and the Company agrees to continue to employ the Employee, effective from {{effective_start_date}}.

1.2. The Employee’s primary role and responsibilities shall be {{new_position_or_role_description}}, reporting to {{reporting_manager_title_and_name}}. A detailed job description is attached hereto as Schedule A.

2. TERM OF AGREEMENT

2.1. This Agreement shall commence on {{effective_start_date}} and shall continue for a period of {{duration_of_agreement_years}} year(s), ending on {{end_date_of_agreement}}.

2.2. The Agreement may be renewed upon mutual written consent of both parties prior to its expiration.

3. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

3.1. The Employee's gross monthly salary shall be {{salary_amount}} ({{salary_amount_words}}) payable in accordance with the Company’s normal payroll practices.

3.2. The Employee shall be eligible for benefits as outlined in the Company’s employee handbook, including but not limited to health insurance, pension contributions, and annual leave, subject to the terms and conditions of such benefits.

3.3. Any changes to compensation or benefits will be communicated to the Employee in writing.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY

4.1. The Employee agrees to maintain the strictest confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, business strategies, and client data belonging to the Company, both during and after the term of this Agreement.

4.2. The Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, disclose, use, copy, or permit others to use or disclose any confidential information without the prior written consent of the Company.

5. TERMINATION

5.1. This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon {{notice_period_months}} months’ written notice.

5.2. The Company may terminate this Agreement immediately for gross misconduct, breach of this Agreement, or any other justifiable reason as per the Company’s disciplinary code and applicable labor laws.

5.3. Upon termination, the Employee shall return all Company property in their possession.

6. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

6.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country}}.

6.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of {{country}}.

7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

7.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.
