3. **Travel Arrangements:** Coordinate comprehensive travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and visa applications for both domestic and international trips.
4. **Meeting Support:** Prepare agendas, presentations, and pre-reading materials for meetings. Attend meetings to take minutes, track action items, and ensure follow-up.
5. **Expense Management:** Process expense reports, reconcile corporate credit card statements, and manage invoices for executive approvals.
6. **Project Support:** Provide administrative support for various projects, including research, data compilation, and report generation.
7. **Office Administration:** Maintain an organized executive office environment, manage supplies, and coordinate with other departments as needed.
8. **Confidentiality:** Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
9. **Ad-hoc Tasks:** Perform other duties as assigned by the executive(s).
Required Skills and Qualifications
