Job Summary

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and organizing events. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.

2. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

3. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports and presentations for executive review.

4. Organize and coordinate executive meetings and conferences, including venue booking, material preparation, and minute-taking.

5. Handle and prioritize all incoming and outgoing communications, including mail, email, and phone calls.

6. Liaise with internal staff at all levels and external clients, suppliers, and visitors.

7. Manage and reconcile expense reports and handle confidential information with discretion.

8. Assist in the planning and execution of company events and special projects.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
