BOARD RESOLUTION TO ADOPT A FISCAL YEAR

WHEREAS, a new fiscal year needs to be established/adopted for {{company_name}} (hereinafter, 'the Company') for financial reporting and tax purposes.

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors deems it in the best interest of the Company to officially adopt the fiscal year as hereinafter resolved.

RESOLVED
