Commission Split Agreement

This Commission Split Agreement (hereinafter referred to as 'Agreement') is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:

AND

Purpose of Agreement

Commission Structure

All commissions generated from the aforementioned project/deal shall be split as follows:
