PAYMENT AGREEMENT

Acknowledged Debt
The Debtor hereby acknowledges an outstanding debt to the Creditor in the amount of {{currency}} {{total_debt_amount}} ({{total_debt_amount_words}}) concerning {{reason_for_debt}}.
Payment Plan
The Debtor agrees to pay the total debt amount to the Creditor in {{number_of_installments}} ({{number_of_installments_words}}) installments, commencing on {{start_date}} and continuing on the {{payment_day_of_month}} day of each subsequent {{payment_frequency}} until the full amount is settled. Late Payment
Should any installment not be paid by the due date, a late payment penalty of {{late_payment_percentage}}% of the overdue amount shall be applied. If any payment is more than {{grace_period_days}} days overdue, the entire outstanding balance shall become immediately due and payable.
Default
In the event of default by the Debtor on any term or condition of this Agreement, the Creditor shall have the right to pursue all available legal remedies for the recovery of the outstanding debt, including but not limited to, legal action and collection efforts. The Debtor shall be responsible for all reasonable legal fees and collection costs incurred by the Creditor.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{jurisdiction}}.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.
