TERMS OF CONSIGNMENT

1. **Ownership:** All goods supplied on consignment remain the property of the Consignor until sold to a third party.

2. **Sale Price:** The Consignee agrees to sell the consigned goods at or above the agreed selling price of {{minimum_selling_price}} unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Consignor.

3. **Commission:** Upon the sale of any consigned goods, the Consignee shall be entitled to a commission of {{commission_percentage}}% of the agreed selling price. The Consignor shall receive the remaining {{consignor_share_percentage}}% of the selling price.
