Sales Addendum

This Sales Addendum (hereinafter referred to as the “Addendum”) is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:

The Seller and the Buyer shall hereinafter collectively be referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.

Reference to Original Sales Agreement

This Addendum refers to the original Sales Agreement entered into by the Parties on {{original_agreement_date}} (hereinafter referred to as the “Original Agreement”), concerning the sale of {{goods_or_services_description}}.

Amendments/Additions to the Original Agreement

The Parties hereby agree to amend/add the following terms and conditions to the Original Agreement:

Entire Agreement
