TRAVEL SERVICES AGREEMENT

This Travel Services Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") is made and entered into on this {{date_of_agreement}} day of {{month_of_agreement}}, {{year_of_agreement}}, by and between:

{{company_name}}, a company duly registered under the laws of {{country}}, with its principal place of business at {{company_address}} (hereinafter referred to as "Travel Agency");

AND

{{client_name}}, with a registered address at {{client_address}} (hereinafter referred to as "Client").

Collectively referred to as “Parties” and individually as “Party.”

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Travel Agency agrees to provide the Client with travel-related services as specified in Attachment A (hereinafter referred to as "Services"). These Services may include, but are not limited to, flight bookings, accommodation reservations, car rentals, tour packages, and travel insurance.

The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Travel Agency acts as an agent for various third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators) and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of such third parties.

2. BOOKINGS AND CONFIRMATION

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective service providers.

A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation from the Travel Agency and full or partial payment as specified in Clause 3.

The Client is responsible for reviewing all booking details and notifying the Travel Agency immediately of any discrepancies.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

The Client agrees to pay the Travel Agency the total amount for the Services as agreed upon in Attachment A. A deposit of {{deposit_amount}} ({{currency}}) is required upon booking confirmation.

The remaining balance of {{remaining_balance_amount}} ({{currency}}) shall be paid by {{payment_due_date}}.

All prices are quoted in {{currency}} and are subject to change due to fluctuations in exchange rates or supplier charges until full payment is received.

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation requests must be submitted to the Travel Agency in writing.

Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation and the policies of the third-party service providers. Details of cancellation fees are available in Attachment B.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within {{number_of_days}} business days after the cancellation is confirmed, minus any applicable cancellation fees and administrative charges.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client is responsible for ensuring all travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and in order for the intended travel.

The Client is responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance.

The Client must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination countries.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Travel Agency shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of nature, war, civil unrest, terrorism, strikes, government restrictions, or failures of third-party service providers.

In no event shall the Travel Agency’s total liability to the Client for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the Services.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country}}.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be first attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between the Parties.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within {{number_of_days}} days, it shall be referred to mediation in accordance with the rules of {{mediation_body}}.

8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement, including Attachment A and Attachment B, constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
