1. Purpose of this Agreement
This Agile Team Agreement serves as a living document created by the team, for the team. Its purpose is to define our shared values, principles, and working practices to foster a productive, respectful, and collaborative environment. This agreement will guide our interactions, decision-making, and approach to delivering value.
2. Team Members
