Purpose & Scope
Establish and maintain a workplace where every individual is treated with dignity and respect, free from bullying in any form.
Definitions
| Term | Definition |

| Bullying | Repeated, unreasonable behaviour directed at a person or group that creates a risk to health, safety or dignity. |
| Cyber-Bullying | Bullying conducted through digital channels including email, chat, social media and video. |
| Upward Bullying | Bullying by subordinates against managers, equally prohibited. |

Informal Resolution
