1. Policy Statement

4. Definitions

**Victimisation:** Subjecting someone to a detriment because they have made a complaint under this policy, supported someone else's complaint, or refused to do something which would constitute discrimination or harassment.
5. Responsibilities
**Management:** Are responsible for implementing and enforcing this policy, ensuring a non-discriminatory and harassment-free workplace, and addressing complaints promptly and seriously.
**Employees:** Are responsible for adhering to this policy, treating colleagues with respect, and reporting any instances of discrimination or harassment they experience or witness.
**HR Department:** Is responsible for training, investigating complaints, and providing guidance on this policy.
6. Reporting and Investigation Procedures
Any employee who believes they have been subjected to, or have witnessed, discrimination or harassment should report the incident immediately to their direct manager, or the HR Department at {{hr_contact_email}} or {{hr_contact_phone}}.
All complaints will be treated with confidentiality to the extent possible, investigated promptly, thoroughly, and impartially. No retaliation will be tolerated against any employee for making a good-faith complaint or participating in an investigation.
7. Disciplinary Action
