1. Policy Statement

4. Drug and Alcohol Testing

5. Testing Procedures

Employees will be informed of the reason for testing and the procedures involved. Refusal to undergo a requested test may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
6. Confidentiality

7. Consequences of Policy Violation
Violations of this policy will result in disciplinary action, up to and including immediate termination of employment. Employees who test positive for prohibited substances or alcohol, or who refuse to be tested, will be subject to disciplinary action.
8. Assistance Programs
