1. Policy Statement

5. Incident Reporting and Investigation
All incidents, including near misses, accidents, and occupational illnesses, must be reported immediately to a supervisor or designated safety officer. All reported incidents will be investigated thoroughly to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

6. Training and Competence
