1. Policy Statement

4.2. Alarm systems are installed at all entry and exit points and in other critical areas. Any unauthorized activation of an alarm will be investigated promptly. Employees must ensure that all alarm systems are armed when leaving the premises after hours.
5. Asset Protection
5.1. All company assets, including laptops, mobile devices, and sensitive documents, must be secured when not in use. Employees are responsible for the security of assets entrusted to them.
5.2. Equipment containing sensitive data must not be left unattended in public areas. Clear desk and clear screen policies must be adhered to, especially when leaving workstations.
5.3. Theft or damage to company property must be reported immediately to {{security_manager_name}} and {{HR_manager_name}}.
6. Emergency Procedures
6.1. In the event of a security breach, fire, or other emergency, employees must follow the established emergency evacuation procedures and report to designated assembly points.

7. Reporting Security Incidents
