Subject: Notice to Stop Credit Charge - Account No. {{account_number}}

Dear {{customer_name}},

Notice of Credit Facility Suspension

This letter serves as a formal notification that we are suspending your credit facility with immediate effect due to outstanding balances on your account, {{account_number}}, amounting to {{outstanding_amount}}.

Our records indicate that the payment(s) due on {{due_date}} remain unsettled, which is a breach of our agreed credit terms and conditions.

As per our Terms & Conditions of sale, specifically clause {{clause_number}} regarding credit payment defaults, we are exercising our right to revoke your credit privileges.

Actions Required

To reinstate your credit facility, the full outstanding balance of {{outstanding_amount}} must be settled by {{final_payment_date}}. If payment is not received by this date, further collection actions may be initiated.

All future purchases will be on a cash-on-delivery (COD) basis until your account is brought up to date and your credit facility is formally reinstated. Please note that no further credit will be extended under any circumstances until the outstanding amount is cleared.

Consequences of Non-Payment

Failure to clear the outstanding balance by the stipulated date may result in:

- Referral of your account to a debt collection agency, leading to additional fees.

- Reporting of your default to credit bureaus, which may negatively impact your credit rating.

- Further legal action to recover the debt, with all associated costs being borne by you.

Contact Information

Should you have any questions or require clarification regarding this matter, please contact our Accounts Department immediately at {{accounts_phone_number}} or email {{accounts_email_address}}.

We urge you to contact us as soon as possible to discuss a resolution and prevent any further action.

Acknowledgement of Terms

By continued engagement with {{company_name}} after receipt of this notice, you acknowledge and accept the immediate suspension of your credit facility and the terms outlined herein.
