Return Conditions and Instructions

1. All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in saleable condition.

2. This Return Authorization (RA) number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.

3. Please include a copy of this form inside the return package.

4. Returns must be shipped to the following address: {{return_shipping_address}}

5. Returns must be received by {{return_by_date}}.

6. {{company_name}} reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the specified conditions.

7. Any damages incurred during shipping of the returned item(s) are the responsibility of the customer.

8. For items returned due to manufacturing defects or incorrect shipment by {{company_name}}, return shipping costs will be covered by {{company_name}}. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
