Acknowledgment of Receipt

The Consignee hereby acknowledges receipt of the following goods from the Consignor on a consignment basis:

Terms of Sale

1. The Consignee agrees to offer the aforementioned goods for sale at a retail price not less than {{minimum_retail_price}} per unit.

2. The Consignee shall be entitled to a commission of {{commission_percentage}}% of the actual selling price for each item sold.

3. Payment for sold goods, less commission, shall be remitted to the Consignor on a {{payment_frequency}} basis, specifically by the {{payment_day_of_month}} day of each month, covering sales made in the preceding period.

Period of Consignment

The consignment period shall commence on {{start_date}} and continue until {{end_date}}, unless terminated earlier by either party with {{notice_period}} days' written notice.

Care of Goods

The Consignee agrees to exercise reasonable care in safeguarding the consigned goods against loss, damage, or theft. The Consignee shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods while in their possession, under circumstances of negligence on the Consignee's part. Return of Unsold Goods

Reporting
