SUBCONTRACTOR RELEASE OF LIEN

FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the undersigned, {{subcontractor_company_name}}, located at {{subcontractor_address}} (hereinafter “Subcontractor”), does hereby waive, release, and relinquish any and all liens, claims, or rights to a lien which the Subcontractor may now have upon the premises located at {{project_address}}, more specifically described as {{property_description}}, and upon any money or other considerations due or to become due from {{main_contractor_company_name}} (hereinafter “Main Contractor”) or {{owner_name}} (hereinafter “Owner”), for labor, services, materials, fixtures, or equipment furnished by the Subcontractor to the aforesaid premises up to and including the date of this document.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

This payment constitutes full and final satisfaction of all amounts owed to the Subcontractor for the work performed.

SCOPE OF RELEASE

This release of lien applies to all work performed and materials supplied by the Subcontractor on the project specified above, up to and including the date of signing this document. The Subcontractor confirms that there are no outstanding payments, retentions, or claims of any nature against the Main Contractor or Owner relating to the work performed on this project.

INDEMNIFICATION

The Subcontractor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Main Contractor and the Owner from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with any liens, claims, or encumbrances asserted by any party claiming by, through, or under the Subcontractor for the work covered by this release.

GOVERNING LAW
