DEED OF CONVEYANCE

THIS DEED OF CONVEYANCE is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}.

BETWEEN:

AND

RECITALS

WHEREAS the Grantor is the absolute owner of the property more fully described in the Schedule below (hereinafter referred to as "the Property").

COVENANT TO CONVEY

NOW, THIS DEED WITNESSETH as follows:

COVENANTS BY THE GRANTOR

The Grantor hereby covenants with the Grantee as follows:

2. That the Property is free from all encumbrances, charges, liens, mortgages, and claims whatsoever.

3. That the Grantor will, at the request and cost of the Grantee, execute and do all such assurances and things for further and more perfectly assuring the Property to the Grantee.
