PURCHASE AGREEMENT SHORT VERSION

This Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}} (the "Effective Date"), by and between:

1. PARTIES

3. PURCHASE PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS

The Seller's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total purchase price paid by the Buyer for the Goods/Services.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{governing_law_jurisdiction}}.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through amicable negotiations between the Parties. 8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
