PURCHASE AGREEMENT SHORT VERSION

This Purchase Agreement (the 'Agreement') is made and entered into on this {{date_of_agreement}}

BETWEEN:

AND

1. GOODS

The Seller agrees to sell, and the Buyer agrees to purchase, the following goods (the 'Goods'):

2. PURCHASE PRICE
