Preamble

This Agreement relating to an Elected Domicile (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is made and entered into on this {{date_day}} day of {{date_month}}, {{date_year}}.

BETWEEN:

{{company_name}}, a company duly incorporated in accordance with the laws of [{{country}}], with its registered office situate at {{company_address}} (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").

AND

Purpose of Agreement

The purpose of this Agreement is to record the Employee's election of a domicile address for all legal, administrative, and contractual purposes relating to their employment with the Company. This ensures that all official communication, including legal notices and demands, can be effectively served upon the Employee.

Election of Domicile

The Employee hereby irrevocably elects and nominates the following address as their *domicilium citandi et executandi* (address for all legal notices and processes) for the duration of their employment with the Company and for any period thereafter until a new domicile is formally elected and recorded:

Change of Domicile

The Employee undertakes to notify the Company in writing of any change to their elected domicile address at least {{notice_period_days}} days prior to such a change becoming effective. Failure to provide such notification shall mean that any notice served at the last recorded domicile address shall be deemed to have been validly served.

Effect of Domicile Election

All processes, notices, demands, and other communications in terms of this Agreement, the employment contract, or any other matter pertaining to the Employee's employment, may be served at the elected domicile address. Any document so served shall be deemed to have been received by the Employee on the date of delivery.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [{{country}}], and the parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of [{{country}}] in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

Entire Agreement
