AMENDMENT AGREEMENT

This Amendment Agreement ('Agreement') is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}.

PARTIES

1. {{company_name}} (Registration Number: {{company_registration_number}}), a company duly incorporated in accordance with the laws of {{country}}, with its principal place of business at {{company_address}} (hereinafter referred to as 'the Employer').

AND

2. {{employee_full_name}} (Identification Number: {{employee_ID_number}}), an adult residing at {{employee_residential_address}} (hereinafter referred to as 'the Employee').

The Employer and Employee are hereinafter collectively referred to as 'the Parties' and individually as 'Party'.

BACKGROUND

1. The Parties entered into an employment agreement on {{original_agreement_date}} (hereinafter referred to as 'the Original Agreement').

2. The Parties now wish to amend certain terms and conditions of the Original Agreement, as set out in this Amendment Agreement.

AGREED AMENDMENTS

The Parties hereby agree to amend the Original Agreement as follows:

1. Clause {{original_clause_number}} of the Original Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

'{{new_clause_text_1}}'

2. A new Clause {{new_clause_number}} is hereby inserted into the Original Agreement, immediately after Clause {{preceding_clause_number}}, which shall read as follows:

'{{new_clause_text_2}}'

3. The Employee's annual salary shall be increased from {{old_salary_amount}} ({{old_salary_words}}) to {{new_salary_amount}} ({{new_salary_words}}) with effect from {{effective_date_salary_change}}.

4. The Employee's job title shall be changed from {{old_job_title}} to {{new_job_title}} with effect from {{effective_date_job_title_change}}.

CONTINUED VALIDITY

Save as expressly amended by this Agreement, all other terms and conditions of the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country}}.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties relating to the amendment of the Original Agreement and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
