ATTORNEY AGREEMENT

This Attorney Agreement ('Agreement') is made and entered into on this {{date}} by and between:

1. ENGAGEMENT OF SERVICES

The Client hereby engages the Attorney, and the Attorney hereby accepts such engagement, to provide legal services relating to {{scope_of_work_description}} (hereinafter referred to as 'the Services').

The Attorney agrees to perform the Services with due diligence, skill, and care, in accordance with all applicable laws and ethical guidelines.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The specific scope of Services to be provided by the Attorney includes, but is not limited to, the following:

3. FEES AND PAYMENT

Prior approval for significant disbursements will be sought from the Client.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Attorney undertakes to keep all information provided by the Client strictly confidential and shall not disclose such information to any third party without the Client's prior written consent, save as may be required by law or judicial order.

This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

5. TERMINATION

5.1. **Termination by Client:** The Client may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving written notice to the Attorney. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all services rendered and disbursements incurred up to the date of termination.

5.2. **Termination by Attorney:** The Attorney may terminate this Agreement for good cause, including but not limited to, non-payment of fees, conflict of interest, or Client's refusal to cooperate, by giving reasonable written notice to the Client.

5.3. **Effect of Termination:** Upon termination, the Attorney shall return all Client documents and property upon receipt of all outstanding fees and disbursements.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Attorney's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, whether in contract, delict or otherwise, shall be limited to {{liability_limit_amount}} ({{liability_limit_words}}).

The Attorney shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
