Booking Contract

This Booking Contract (hereinafter "Agreement") is made and entered into on this {{date_of_agreement}} day of {{month}}, {{year}}, by and between:

{{service_provider_company_name}}, with its registered office at {{service_provider_address}} (hereinafter "Service Provider"), and

{{client_name}}, with its address at {{client_address}} (hereinafter "Client").

1. Services Provided

The Service Provider agrees to provide the following services to the Client: {{description_of_services}}.

The services will be rendered on {{date_of_service}} at {{time_of_service}} at the location of {{service_location}}.

Specific details and deliverables associated with these services are further outlined in Schedule A, attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

2. Booking Period

The booking period shall commence on {{start_date}} and conclude on {{end_date}}.

3. Payment Terms

The total fee for the services rendered shall be {{total_fee}} ({{currency}}).

A non-refundable deposit of {{deposit_amount}} ({{currency}}) is due upon signing this Agreement.

The remaining balance of {{balance_due}} ({{currency}}) shall be paid by {{payment_due_date}}.

Payments can be made via {{payment_method}}. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of {{interest_rate}}% per annum.

4. Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation by the Client:

- If cancelled {{number_of_days_before_event}} days or more before the service date, {{percentage_refund}}% of the total fee will be refunded, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

- If cancelled less than {{number_of_days_before_event}} days before the service date, no refund will be issued.

In the event of cancellation by the Service Provider, a full refund of all amounts paid will be issued to the Client within {{number_of_days_for_refund}} business days.

5. Responsibilities of the Client

The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, access, and cooperation to the Service Provider to facilitate the smooth execution of the services.

The Client shall ensure that the service location is suitable and safe for the provision of the services.

6. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, or strikes.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country}}.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in {{city}}, in accordance with the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA) rules.
