1. Purpose

2. Eligibility

3.3 Individual performance will be assessed against agreed-upon key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives outlined in the employee’s performance agreement.

3.4 Company and team performance will be measured against financial, operational, and strategic targets set by the Board of Directors.

3.5 The bonus pool, if applicable, will be determined by the Board of Directors based on the overall financial performance of {{company_name}} for the {{performance_period}}.

4. Performance Period and Review
