Bonus Program Overview

This Bonus Agreement ('Agreement') outlines the terms and conditions for the payment of a bonus to the Employee by {{company_name}} ('the Company'). This bonus is intended to reward outstanding performance and contributions to the Company's success.

Bonus Eligibility

The Employee is eligible for a bonus based on the achievement of specific performance targets as detailed in this Agreement. Any employee who resigns or is terminated for cause before the payout date will forfeit any unvested bonus.

Discretionary Clause
