Parties

This Cleaning Service Contract (hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”) is made and entered into on this {{date}} by and between:

{{client_company_name}}, a company duly incorporated under the laws of {{country}}, with its principal place of business at {{client_company_address}} (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”), AND

{{service_provider_company_name}}, a company duly incorporated under the laws of {{country}}, with its principal place of business at {{service_provider_company_address}} (hereinafter referred to as “the Service Provider”).

Services to be Provided

The Service Provider agrees to perform cleaning services (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”) at the premises located at {{service_location_address}} (hereinafter referred to as “the Premises”). The specific services to be provided include:

General office cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, waste removal).

Restroom cleaning and sanitisation.

Kitchen/pantry area cleaning.

Window cleaning (interior, accessible surfaces).

Additional services as specified in Schedule A: Scope of Work.

Service Schedule

The Services shall be performed on a {{frequency}} basis (e.g., daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), specifically on {{days_of_week}} between the hours of {{start_time}} and {{end_time}}.

Any changes to the service schedule must be mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Payment Terms

Term and Termination

Confidentiality

The Service Provider agrees to keep all information related to the Client's business and premises confidential and shall not disclose such information to any third party without the Client’s prior written consent.

Insurance and Indemnity

The Service Provider shall maintain adequate public liability insurance with a reputable insurer to cover any damages or injuries that may occur during the performance of the Services. Proof of insurance shall be provided upon request.

The Service Provider agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Client from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the Service Provider's performance of the Services, except to the extent caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of the Client.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country}}.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the {{arbitration_body}}.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, including any attached schedules, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.
