CONTRACT ADDENDUM

This Contract Addendum (hereinafter referred to as the “Addendum”) is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}} (the “Effective Date”),

BETWEEN:

{{company_name}}, a company duly incorporated in accordance with the laws of {{country}}, with its principal place of business at {{company_address}} (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”);

AND

{{employee_name}}, an adult residing at {{employee_address}}, holding national identification number {{employee_id_number}} (hereinafter referred to as the “Employee”).

RECITALS

WHEREAS, the Employer and the Employee entered into an employment contract dated {{original_contract_date}} (hereinafter referred to as the “Original Contract”);

WHEREAS, both parties desire to amend certain terms and conditions of the Original Contract as set forth herein.

AGREEMENT TO AMEND

The Employer and the Employee hereby agree to amend the Original Contract as follows:

1. **Clause to be Amended:** Clause {{original_clause_number}} of the Original Contract, which currently states: "{{original_clause_text}}", shall be amended to read as follows: "{{amended_clause_text}}"

2. **New Clause(s) Added:** The following new clause(es) shall be added to the Original Contract as Clause(s) {{new_clause_number(s)}}:

EFFECT OF ADDENDUM

Except as expressly modified by this Addendum, all other terms and conditions of the Original Contract shall remain in full force and effect.

This Addendum shall be deemed an integral part of the Original Contract.

GOVERNING LAW

This Addendum shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country}}.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Addendum, together with the Original Contract, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written.
