Agreement

This Agreement is entered into on {{date}} between {{company_name}} ("Company") and {{employee_name}} ("Employee").

The Company desires to employ the Executive in a senior leadership capacity, and the Executive desires to accept such employment on the terms set forth.

1. Position and Duties

The Executive shall serve as {{job_title}} reporting to the CEO/Board.

2. Term

Initial term of three (3) years, automatically renewing for one-year periods unless either party gives 90 days' notice.

3. Compensation

7. Non-Compete

For 12 months following separation, Executive shall not engage in directly competing business in the defined market.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 90 days' notice; severance payable per the Company's executive severance policy.
