Last Will and Testament - Married with No Children

I. DECLARATION

I, {{testator_full_name}}, residing at {{testator_address}}, in {{city}}, {{province_state}}, {{country}}, declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all prior wills and codicils made by me. I am legally married to {{spouse_full_name}} and have no children, adopted or biological, living or deceased.

II. EXECUTOR APPOINTMENT

I hereby appoint my spouse, {{spouse_full_name}}, as the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. If my spouse predeceases me or is unable or unwilling to serve, I appoint {{alternate_executor_full_name}}, residing at {{alternate_executor_address}}, as my Alternate Executor. My Executor shall have all powers necessary to carry out the provisions of this Will, including the power to sell, lease, mortgage, or otherwise deal with any property, real or personal, belonging to my estate, without the necessity of obtaining court approval.

III. PAYMENT OF DEBTS AND EXPENSES

I direct my Executor to pay all my just debts, funeral expenses, expenses of administration of my estate, and all estate, inheritance, and succession taxes payable by reason of my death, from the residue of my estate, as soon as practicable after my death.

IV. DISTRIBUTION OF ASSETS

I give, devise, and bequeath my entire estate, both real and personal, wherever situated, to my beloved spouse, {{spouse_full_name}}, absolutely and without any conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, all bank accounts, investments, real estate, vehicles, personal belongings, and any other assets I may own at the time of my death.

If my spouse, {{spouse_full_name}}, predeceases me, then I give, devise, and bequeath my entire estate to {{contingent_beneficiary_full_name}}, residing at {{contingent_beneficiary_address}}, absolutely. V. GUARDIANSHIP (Not Applicable)

As I have no minor children, provisions for guardianship are not applicable to this Last Will and Testament.

VI. NO-CONTEST CLAUSE

If any beneficiary under this Will, or any legal heir, shall directly or indirectly contest or dispute this Will or any part thereof, or shall institute or participate in any proceeding to set aside, annul, or vary this Will, then such beneficiary or heir shall forfeit any share or interest provided to him or her in this Will and such share or interest shall be distributed as if such beneficiary or heir had predeceased me.

VII. GOVERNING LAW

This Will shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{province_state}}, {{country}}.
