LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, {{testator_full_name}}, Identity Number {{testator_id_number}}, residing at {{testator_address}}, in the Republic of South Africa, being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, revoking all former wills and codicils made by me.

MARITAL STATUS

I am married to {{spouse_full_name}}, Identity Number {{spouse_id_number}}, to whom I shall refer as 'my Spouse'.

APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTOR

I nominate, constitute and appoint my Spouse, {{spouse_full_name}}, as the Executor of this my Will. Should my Spouse for any reason be unable or unwilling to act as Executor, I then nominate, constitute and appoint {{alternate_executor_full_name}}, Identity Number {{alternate_executor_id_number}}, residing at {{alternate_executor_address}}, as the alternate Executor.

BEQUESTS

I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate, whether movable or immovable, wheresoever situate and of whatsoever nature, to my Spouse, {{spouse_full_name}}.

PROVISION FOR SIMULTANEOUS DEATH

Should my Spouse predecease me or die simultaneously with me, or within 30 (thirty) days of my death, then in such event, I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate to {{contingent_beneficiary_full_name}}, Identity Number {{contingent_beneficiary_id_number}}, residing at {{contingent_beneficiary_address}}.

ADMINISTRATION OF THE ESTATE

I direct that my Executor shall not be required to furnish security to the Master of the High Court for the due performance of their duties.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

I direct that all death duties, estate duties, and other taxes or charges payable in respect of my estate or in consequence of my death shall be paid out of the residue of my estate and not be recoverable from any beneficiary.
