LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF {{full_name}}

I, {{full_name}}, currently residing at {{street_address}}, {{city}}, {{province_state}}, {{country}}, declare this to be my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all prior Wills and Codicils made by me.

APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTOR

I nominate and appoint {{executor_full_name}} of {{executor_address}} as the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. If {{executor_full_name}} is unable or unwilling to serve, I appoint {{alternate_executor_full_name}} of {{alternate_executor_address}} as alternate Executor.

APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN FOR MINOR CHILDREN

I appoint {{guardian_full_name}} of {{guardian_address}} as the Guardian of my minor child/children, namely {{child_1_full_name}} (Date of Birth: {{child_1_dob}}) and {{child_2_full_name}} (Date of Birth: {{child_2_dob}}). DISTRIBUTION OF ASSETS

I direct my Executor to distribute my assets as follows:

TESTAMENTARY TRUST FOR MINOR BENEFICIARIES

If any beneficiary is a minor at the time of my death, their share shall be held in trust by my Executor, acting as Trustee, until such beneficiary attains the age of {{trust_age}} years. The Trustee shall have the power to use so much of the income and principal for the support, maintenance, education, and health of such minor beneficiary as the Trustee deems necessary in their sole discretion, without the intervention of a guardian or court.

DEBTS AND EXPENSES

I direct my Executor to pay all my just debts, funeral expenses, and expenses of administering my estate as soon after my death as practicable.
