EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

This Employment Contract (“the Agreement”) is made and entered into on this {{day}} day of {{month}}, {{year}} by and between:

{{company_name}} (Registration Number: {{company_registration_number}}), a company duly incorporated under the laws of {{country}}, with its registered office situated at {{company_address}} (hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”);

AND

{{employee_full_name}} (Identification/Passport Number: {{employee_id_number}}), an adult male/female residing at {{employee_address}} (hereinafter referred to as “the Employee”).

1. COMMENCEMENT OF EMPLOYMENT

1.1. The Employee’s employment with the Employer shall commence on {{start_date}}.

2. POSITION AND DUTIES

2.1. The Employee is hereby employed in the position of {{job_title}}.

2.2. The Employee shall report to {{reporting_manager}}.

2.3. The Employee shall perform such duties and responsibilities as are normally associated with the position of {{job_title}}, and such other duties as may from time to time be reasonably assigned by the Employer.

3. REMUNERATION

3.1. The Employee’s gross monthly salary shall be {{currency}} {{salary_amount}} ({{salary_amount_in_words}}).

3.2. Payment shall be made monthly in arrears on or before the {{payment_day}} day of each month.

3.3. Deductions required by law (e.g., income tax, social security contributions) will be made from the Employee’s salary.

4. WORKING HOURS

4.1. The Employee’s normal working hours shall be from {{start_time}} to {{end_time}}, Monday to Friday, with a {{lunch_break_duration}} lunch break.

4.2. The Employee may be required to work additional hours as and when reasonably required by the Employer, subject to the provisions of applicable labour laws.

5. LEAVE

5.1. The Employee shall be entitled to annual leave, sick leave, and family responsibility leave in accordance with the provisions of applicable labour laws within {{country}} and the Employer’s leave policy.

5.2. Annual leave shall accrue at a rate of {{annual_leave_days}} days per annum.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

6.1. The Employee undertakes to keep confidential all proprietary and confidential information of the Employer, both during and after the termination of employment.

7. TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT

7.1. This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon giving {{notice_period}} written notice.

7.2. The Employer may terminate this Agreement without notice in instances of serious misconduct, in accordance with applicable labour laws.

8. GOVERNING LAW

8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{country}}.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

9.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties, and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, discussions, and negotiations, whether oral or written.
