Agreement

No solicitation of Company employees for 12 months post-termination.
4. Non-Compete
No competing employment in defined territory for 12 months post-termination.
5. Inventions Assignment
All work-related inventions assigned to the Company.
6. Severability
Unenforceable provisions shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary.
7. Equitable Relief
Company may seek injunctive relief for breach.
