LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, {{testator_name}}, residing at {{testator_address}}, being of sound mind and memory, declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all prior Wills and Codicils made by me.
I. DECLARATION OF MARITAL STATUS AND CHILDREN
I am married to {{spouse_name}}, and all references to 'my spouse' or 'my husband/wife' in this Will shall refer to {{spouse_name}}.
I declare that I have no biological or adopted children, and have made no provision for any children in this Will.
II. APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTOR
I hereby nominate and appoint my spouse, {{spouse_name}}, as the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. If my spouse is unable or unwilling to serve, or ceases to serve for any reason, I then nominate and appoint {{alternate_executor_name}}, residing at {{alternate_executor_address}}, as my Alternate Executor.
My Executor shall have full power and authority to manage and administer my estate, including but not limited to, paying my debts, collecting my assets, and distributing my property in accordance with the provisions of this Will.
III. PAYMENT OF DEBTS AND EXPENSES
I direct my Executor to pay all my just debts, funeral expenses, expenses of my last illness, and all estate, inheritance, and succession taxes payable by reason of my death, out of the residue of my estate as soon as practicable after my demise.
IV. SPECIFIC BEQUESTS
I give and bequeath the following specific items of personal property:
